Following the departure of Lionel Messi from Spanish club Barcelona during the summer transfer window, the Catalans have been struggling and finding it hard to keep up with the pace.
With the look of things, it would be tough for Barcelona to make it to the next round of the Uefa Champions League as they have dropped to the bottom of Group E.
This comes after their recent loss to the Portuguese side, Benfica, in the Uefa Champions League on Wednesday night.
This game against Benfica will be the second defeat in two games for the Catalans, another defeat and wouldn’t be able to progress from Champions League Group E.
Ronald Koeman’s former club, Benfica, had the early lead in the match, and although Barcelona had a host of chances to get back into the game, the Portuguese club were eventually able to build on that lead in the second half.
The outcome of the match leaves Barcelona bottom of the group, and their stay in the UCL this season would be determined by their game against Dynamo Kyiv.
