U-20 World Cup: Flying Eagles defeating Argentina not a big deal – Bosso

The head coach of Nigeria’s U-20 side, ladan Bosso, has said his team’s 2-0 win over Argentina is no “big deal”.
The Flying Eagles scored twice in the second half through Ibrahim Muhammad and Rilwanu Haliru Sarki to claim victory over Javier Mascherano’s side.
The Argentines were favourites going into the game, but the Flying Eagles withstood pressure from the vociferous home fans to progress into the quarter-finals.
It ended a run of 10 straight U-20 World Cup victories for six-time champions Argentina.
“We had a game plan against Argentina and we stuck to it. Beating Argentina is no big deal,” Bosso said after the game.
The Flying Eagles will face either Ecuador or Korea Republic in the last eight on Sunday.
