Wolves are believed to have agreed to a fee of £5.3 million for Chile international Dario Osorio.
The 18-year-old, who has already earned two international caps, is undoubtedly one of the country’s most promising prospects. This season, the midfielder has made 25 appearances for Universidad de Chile, scoring seven goals.
According to Chilean journalist Maks Cardenas, Wolves have already completed the transaction. In an interview with Red Gol, he stated, “Dario Osorio will leave for six million euros. Osorio is ready.”
Cardenas also revealed that the Premier League club turned down an offer from a major Italian club. “One of the top three teams in Serie A came for Osorio, but I can’t say which one,” he added. They went to watch him play against England.
“But, in the corridors, I heard that he has already been sold to Wolves for six million euros.”
