Declan Rice speaks with Arsenal players after joining the Gunners

England midfielder Declan Rice was finally confirmed as an Arsenal player on Saturday.

The highly-rated midfielder left West Ham for the Emirates Stadium for a fee of about one hundred and five million pounds.

After his arrival, the England international briefly spoke to his new teammates.

Rice said he is looking forward to ‘enjoying a few trophies together’ after being unveiled as an Arsenal player.

Speaking ahead of the team meeting after being welcomed to the north London club by Gunners boss Mikel Arteta, Rice thanked his new teammates for his warm welcome.

And he said a few words: “Obviously, my first day, I’m really looking forward to playing with you all, to sharing many good moments together.

“I’ve obviously seen what you guys have been doing over the last couple of seasons, so I’m really looking forward to getting started and hopefully enjoying a few trophies together.”
