Former Manchester City centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo has refused to join Tottenham.
The Nigerian centre-back rejected a transfer to Spurs according to Sun UK.
The defender is said to have rejected a move to the North London club despite Fulham trying to force through a deal.
He is said to prefer a move to Monaco and has also applied for a Nigerian passport.
This means that the Man City youth team product will not count as a non-EU player if he eventually joins Monaco.
Fulham have reportedly told agents to ensure the defender joins Tottenham Hotspur.
Tosin has not participated in Fulham’s pre-season, fueling speculation that he is not in the plans of manager Marco Silva.
The west London side has to sell the defender this summer or watch him leave for free next summer when his contract expires.
Tosin joined the Craven Cottage outfit in 2020 and has made 107 appearances, scoring 3 goals for them.
