Real Madrid have turned down two demands made by PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish capital city club, however, aims to keep Brazilian winger Vinicius Jr happy at the club.
Mbappe has been linked with a move to the Spanish capital.
The France international has already delivered a letter to Paris Saint-Germain telling them that he won’t be renewing his current deal that expires in 2024.
Hence, the Parisians have given him an ultimatum: renew or get sold.
Pundits believe that Los Blancos are the only club capable of meeting the Frenchman’s wage demands.
El Nacional reports that Mbappe wants to play as a winger and not in a central role at the Bernabeu while he has acted as a striker for PSG.
He wants more freedom at Real Madrid but the problem is that Vinicius Junior operates out wide and has been phenomenal for Los Blancos.
The France international has also requested that he should be given the legendary No. 7 shirt at the Spanish club. Vinicius recently took the number and is expected to keep it for the foreseeable future.
Vinicius has become a key player at Real Madrid, scoring 23 goals and providing 21 assists in 55 games across competitions.
Regardless of Mbappe’s potential arrival, Vincius is expected to remain a key player for Madrid.
