Goalkeepers Karl Darlow and Daniel Bachmann are among those Manchester United could sign this summer to replace Dean Henderson, according to the Manchester Evening News.
In 2021-22, Henderson struggled to get playing time at Old Trafford, with David de Gea cementing his position as the Red Devils’ number one goalkeeper. This summer, the 25-year-old is ready to depart the club in quest of regular action.
Newcastle United, who tried to sign him in January, are interested in signing the England international. According to reports from last week, the Magpies are on the verge of signing him after holding talks with him.
Manchester United, on the other hand, wants to bring in a replacement before allowing Henderson to join the club. Newcastle United are reportedly considering Darlow and Bachmann of Watford.
Newcastle is said to have discussed a Henderson-Darlow exchange.
