Napoli president, Aurelio de Laurentiis, has claimed that they have reached an agreement with Victor Osimhen over a two-year extension to his current contract.
However, de Laurentiis has admitted they could sell Osimhen if “an exorbitant bid” comes in for the Super Eagles star.
The 24-year-old scored 26 goals and provided four assists in 32 league appearances for Napoli last season.
The striker also added five more in the UEFA Champions League
De Laurentiis said: “We’ve an agreement in principle with Victor Osimhen to extend his contract for two more years.
“In case an exorbitant bid impossible to reject arrives, we will see and make the best decision for the club.”
