Mikel Arteta has spoken on the imminent arrival of Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber at the Emirates Stadium.
Rice, who is joining from West Ham United, has passed his medical and agreed personal terms with the Gunners after a club-record £105million deal was struck with West Ham ten days ago.
Reports claim the Hammers are fuming over the delay, with Arsenal’s lawyers yet to sign off the deal.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have also agreed a £40m deal to sign defender Timber from Ajax, but fans still await confirmation.
Arsenal are currently in Germany and fly out to the United States on Sunday.
When asked about the deals after the 1-1 draw with Nurnberg, Arteta said: “‘At the moment we are working with the group of players that is here.
“We have nothing to announce yet, and when it is done you will be the first to know.”
