Manchester City have rejected Chelsea’s £35million bid for attacking midfielder, Cole Palmer.
The Blues’ push to sign the Manchester City man appears to have already begun.
Pep Guardiola’s side are keen to hold out for a fee of £50million, although Chelsea could strike a deal for £45million.
Palmer was linked with a move to West Ham earlier in the summer but could be set for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Pochettino’s side is keen to bring in more attacking options before the end of the transfer window.
