Transfer: Jurrien Timber’s weekly wage at Premier League giants revealved

Ajax defender Jurrien Timber will be earning as much as £90,000-per-week at Arsenal if he completes a deal to the Emirates.

The Dutchman could be heading to the Emirates as Mikel Arteta’s side prepare to submit an improved bid for the player.

According to the Daily Mail, Timber will earn a minimum of £90,000-per-week at Arsenal with achievable add-ons that will push his salary closer to £120,000-per-week at Emirates.

Arsenal’s first bid of £30million for the player has already been rejected by Ajax.

The report added that the Gunners are set to return with a new offer for the 22-year-old in the coming days.

Timber is keen to leave Ajax this summer and the defender is said to prefer a move to the North London club.
