Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz has said that he hopes that Kylian Mbappe remains at the French capital club.
This is amid numerous reports linking the Frenchman to Real Madrid and other top clubs in Europe this summer.
Mbappe has told the club, through a letter, that he won’t be staying beyond the end of June 2024, when his current deal with the Parisians will expire.
PSG are now hoping they will sell the forward this summer with a lot of speculation regarding the Frenchman’s future.
Ruiz has stated that he hopes the Frenchman stays at the club and hailed his contributions to the team.
“I haven’t spoken to him,” Ruiz said, according to PSGTalk, “I know the same as everyone else, what I’ve read.
“He said he’s staying, he wants to stay another year in Paris and it’s a privilege to have him as a partner. It gives us a lot. Hope he stays.”
