PSV forward, Cody Gakpo, has insisted that his future is not tied to that of Antony.
Antony is set to join Manchester United this week after both clubs agreed a €100 million (£84.8m) deal on Sunday.
United had been interested in signing Gakpo as an alternative to Antony.
But Gakpo has now said his own future will be decided this week.
He told ESPN: “Antony to Manchester United? Nice for him… but for me and my future, I think that has no influence.
“It’s like a puzzle so in the next days I will see which puzzle fits best.
“For me, it’d be certainly not bad to stay at PSV. We’ll see.”
