Transfer Deadline Day: Pochettino reveals Chelsea’s last signing

Chelsea boss, Manager Mauricio Pochettino, has revealed the club’s very last business in the summer transfer market.

The Argentine believes that the Blues’ latest signing, Cole Palmer, would be their last incoming transfer of the summer transfer window.

KemiFilani reports that Chelsea have exceeded £1billion since May 2022 with the arrival of Palmer from Manchester City for £40million.

Pochettino addressed his press conference on Friday ahead of their Premier League clash against Nottingham on Saturday.

The former Paris Saint-Germain boss was asked whether the deal for Palmer will conclude Blues’ business on deadline day.

He said, “I think so.

“If something is going on, I don’t know. Last time I spoke to the sporting director was at 11am.

“They will communicate to me after the press conference if there is something.”
