Chelsea agree deal to sign Sanchez from Premier League rivals
Brighton Robert Sanchez is heading to Chelsea in a matter of days.
The Blues have already agreed a deal with Brighton to sign Sanchez.
Sanchez is set to travel to London to undergo his medical with Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
He will be a back up to another Spaniard Kepa Arrizabalaga at Stamford Bridge next season.
He would, however compete with with his compatriot for the Blues’ No.1 spot following the departure of Edouard Mendy to Saudi Arabia.
Sanchez played 23 Premier League games for Brighton last season before losing his number one spot to Jason Steele in March.
He did not travel with the rest of Brighton squad for their pre-season tour of the United States of America.
