Former West Ham United striker, Carlton Cole, has advised Declan Rice to choose Manchester City over Arsenal.
Rice has been linked with a summer transfer to Manchester City. Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea.
Arsenal are set to submit a £100 million to West Ham for the player just to make sure that Man City stand no chance of signing the England midfielder.
The England midfielder is said to favour a move to Arsenal over Manchester City.
Arsenal recently had a £90 million bid, including add-ons turned down by West Ham for Rice’s signature.
The Gunners are expected to submit a third bid for Rice which could seal the deal as West Ham United is said to value the player at over £100 million.
Speaking on the development, Cole told Sky Sports via @footballdaily:
“You’d go Man City would you? That is not even hating on Arsenal. You go to where the winners are.”
