Transfer: Barcelona interested in signing Kylian Mbappe, Other updates

A shocking report from Mundo Deportivo claims that Barcelona is interested in signing Kylian Mbappe.

After learning that Lionel Messi would sign a contract extension with Les Parisiens, Mbappe wants to leave the Parc des Princes.

The criticism he received for signing a new contract with PSG in the summer convinced him otherwise after he previously stated that it was his dream to play for Real Madrid.

Other updates

Sergio Ramos

According to a MARCA report, Al-Nassr is anticipating Cristiano Ronaldo’s response and is also hoping to sign Sergio Ramos.

Ramos’ PSG contract expires at the conclusion of the current campaign. He has put in respectable performances for PSG, starting this season after struggling with injuries in 2021–22, but he will turn 37 in March, making it seem unlikely that he will be given a contract extension.

Wijnaldum

Wijnaldum left PSG earlier this summer on a season-long loan after spending a terrible year in the French capital.

However, since suffering a chronic knee injury earlier in the season, the 32-year-old has had difficulty getting into games.

Even though the Dutch midfielder is back in the lineup, the Serie A team has already made the decision not to use their option to sign him on a long-term basis at the conclusion of the current season.

Rui Pinto, the sporting director at Roma, reportedly spoke with PSG about the possibility of ending Wijnaldum’s current loan agreement early, according to Il Tempo.

Sofyan Amrabat

Sofyan Amrabat has drawn interest from all five of Europe’s top leagues as a result of her impressive World Cup performances. One of the clubs interested in the Fiorentina midfielder, according to reports in the Moroccan media outlet Al Mountakhab, is PSG.

Amrabat’s contract with the Serie A club runs through 2024, and it’s possible that they’ll try to sell him at the height of his value in order to profit.
