Tottenham vs AC Milan: Starting XIs for Champions League clash confirmed

AC Milan have made three changes to the side that lost at Fiorentina at the weekend, with Rafael Leao returning to the starting XI.

The Portugal international takes his place in a front three alongside Olivier Giroud and Brahim Diaz, with Ante Rebic and Charles De Ketelaere dropping to the bench.

Rade Krunic also replaces Ismael Bennacer in midfield, with the latter also among the subs.

Antonio Conte has made just one change from Tottenham’s 1-0 defeat at Wolves with Emerson Royal coming in for Pedro Porro at right-wing back.

Eric Dier is suspended after he was booked at the San Siro but Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is back from his own European ban.

Yves Bissouma (stress fracture in his ankle), Hugo Lloris (knee), Rodrigo Bentancur (ACL) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) are long-term injury absentees.
