Timber brothers could be first twins to play for Arsenal
Feyenoord midfielder Quinten Timber, is being linked with a move to Arsenal.
Quinten is the twin brother of Jurrien, who only joined the Gunners this summer.
He has left a lasting impression on scouts from several of the Premier League’s biggest teams and clubs across Europe, including Arsenal, sources have confirmed to 90min.
They will follow in the foot steps of Fabio and Rafael.
The twin Brazilians caught Alex Ferguson’s eye in 2007 after they impressed him during a youth tournament for Fluminese.
Fabio and Rafael quickly gained fans at Old Trafford, each winning three Premier League titles together.
However, while Rafael remained successful at United, Fabio found himself on the fringes of the first team and ended up leaving for Cardiff. After a combined 131 league appearances for the Red Devils, the duo now ply their trade elsewhere. Rafael plays for Istanbul Basaksehir, while Fabio plays for Nantes.
