Sam Edozie, a winger for Manchester City, is on the verge of being sold to Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
Respected football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed this.
On Sunday, Romano revealed this in a tweet sent from his Twitter account.
He tweeted: “Sam Edozie deal almost completed between Manchester City and Bayer Leverkusen, as revealed on Friday. City have accepted to let him to as he had no intention to extend the contract expiring in June.
“Two year deal agreed with Bayer 04, it’s gonna be official soon.”
Meanwhile, Taiwo Awoniyi, a Super Eagles striker, has explained why he chose to join Nottingham Forest.
The 24-year-old was rumored to be interested in playing for a number of other Premier League clubs; however, he has decided to sign a five-year contract with the newcomers.
Awoniyi, who impressed for Union Berlin last season, has stated that discussions with Reds manager Steve Cooper were the main reason he joined the club.
