Ronaldo blows kisses to Al Hilal fans as they chant Messi’s name

Al Nassr forward, Cristiano Ronaldo was involved in a face-off with Al Hilal fans on Friday.

With the game at 0-0, the supporters began to chant Lionel Messi’s name as both teams walked back to the dressing room.

Ronaldo, who kept a smiling face amid the chants, began to blow kisses in their direction.

Al Nassr ended up losing the game 3-0 with Ronaldo failing to find the back of the net.

Kemi Filani reported that Messi, who now plays for Inter Miami in the MLS, has said that he has “achieved everything” in football.

Messi led his national team to Copa America glory in 2021, barring the World Cup.

However, he played an instrumental role by recording seven goals and three assists during Argentina’s run to their third World Cup title.

Speaking to ESPN Argentina, Messi said: “If a movie had to be made, no one would have thought of it like that. That it happened the way it did after everything that had happened, the disappointments in the Copa América and World Cups, was extraordinary, impressive.

“She (The World Cup) is the most desired by everyone. Anyone dreams big and the biggest thing is to be a champion with your national team. I was lucky to achieve everything at the club level in Barcelona and also at the individual level. It was the only one I was missing. There are few players who can say they achieved everything. And thank God I’m one of them.

“With effort, sacrifice, work, and humility, in the end, you achieve your goals. The road can be hard, but you have to keep fighting for your dreams to try to achieve them. Sometimes it happens, other times it doesn’t, but you never have to stop to try it. I love playing ball, I love coming to the national team, I love being on the premises and before I couldn’t enjoy it like today.’
