Mino Raiola, the agent to Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba, has refused to address the player’s future at the club after he was linked with a return to Juventus but insists he will “do what I have to do”.
Reports in Italy have claimed Juve are preparing a move for the 27-year-old at the end of the season.
Pogba will have just one year remaining on his contract with United this summer and could leave as a free agent next year.
Raiola angered United in December by claiming that Pogba’s career at Old Trafford is ‘over’ and suggested the ‘best solution’ would be for the midfielder to leave at the end of the campaign.
But when asked about Pogba’s potential move to Juventus this summer, Raiola told reporters on Thursday: “Pogba must also be left alone.
“When I speak people get nervous, they don’t sleep at night, so I don’t speak anymore.
“I will do what I have to do not in front of you, but in the shadows, as I have always done.”
