Mikel Arteta makes three changes from the side that beat Wolves 2-1 at the weekend.
It’s all change at full-back as Ben White and Jakub Kiwior replace Takehiro Tomiyasu, who drops out of the squad, and Oleksandr Zinchenko, who is on the bench.
Kai Havertz is also included and he replaces Leandro Trossard, who drops to the bench.
Bukayo Saka is included and makes his 200th Arsenal appearance.
Rob Edwards has made four changes to his Luton team that lost 3-1 at Brentford on the weekend.
It’s a new-look front line as Elijah Adebayo comes in to start up front with Jacob Brown and Andros Townsend on either side of him.
The other change sees Alfie Doughty return from injury to start.
Tom Lockyer, Chiedozie Ogbene, Carlton Morris and Tahith Chong make way.
