Liverpool vs Brighton: Starting XIs for 2023/2024 EPL clash

Liverpool had a doubt over Scotland left-back Andrew Robertson and he is not fit enough to play because of an ankle injury.

Conor Bradley starts in the only change to Jurgen Klopp’s XI from the one which played against Manchester United in the FA Cup on 17 March.

Midfielder Curtis Jones is also out, but defender Ibrahima Konate makes the bench.

Liverpool XI: Kelleher, Bradley, Quansah, Van Dijk, Gomez, Mac Allister, Endo, Szoboszlai, Salah, Nunez, Diaz.

Subs: Adrian, Konate, Gakpo, Elliott, Tsimikas, Gravenberch, Clark, McConnell, Danns.

Jakub Moder, Carlos Baleba and Joel Veltman come back into the side as Brighton make three changes from their last outing on 14 March against Roma.

However, ex-Liverpool man James Milner and forward Joao Pedro are still missing.

Between the sticks, Bart Verbruggen gets the nod ahead of Jason Steele.

Brighton XI: Verbruggen, Lamptey, Van Hecke, Dunk, Estupinan, Gross, Veltman, Moder, Baleba, Adingra, Welbeck.

Subs: Steele, Igor, Webster, Lallana, Barco, Ferguson, Fati, Buonanotte, Chouchane.
