A brace from Wissam Ben Yedder and a goal from Kevin Volland saw ruthless AS Monaco demolished star-studded Paris Saint-Germain 3-0 in Sunday’s Ligue 1 fixture.
French striker, Ben Yedder gave the hosts the lead after finding the back of the net in the 25th minute.
Volland doubled Monaco’s lead after the break with a brilliant goal in the 68th minute before Ben Yedder completed his brace 16 minutes later via a penalty kick to make it 3-0 at the Stade Louis II stadium, Fontvieille city, Monaco.
Though the visitors dominated the game by having more possession, they were unlucky with goals.
Both Neymar and Mbappé couldn’t save PSG from a third consecutive away defeat.
