Italy vs Argentina: Finalissima predictions, kick-off time, TV, live stream, team news and h2h results

Tonight at Wembley, Italy takes on Argentina in the 2022 Finalissima.

The revived competition, which pits the winners of the 2020 European Championship against the 2021 Copa America champions, is the result of a renewed partnership between UEFA and CONMEBOL.

Italy won the Euros on penalties in the final on their last visit to Wembley, but they have since been stunned by North Macedonia and failed to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar later this year.

Meanwhile, Argentina qualified for the Finalissima by defeating fierce rivals Brazil 1-0 last summer, ending a 28-year trophy drought.

If the match ends in a tie after 90 minutes, there will be no extra time, meaning the game will go straight to penalties if necessary.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Italy vs Argentina is scheduled for a 7.45pm kick-off time tonight, Wednesday June 1, 2022.

Wembley Stadium in London will host the game.
