Harry Winks: Everton interested in Tottenham midfielder

Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks, who has been told to find a new club this summer, is a target for Everton.

Everton manager Frank Lampard has authorized the club to begin preliminary negotiations with Tottenham.

Winks only made nine Premier League starts for Spurs last season; his last 90-minute game was in February during the 4-0 victory over Leeds at Elland Road.

Yves Bissouma, a midfielder for Brighton, has signed a four-year contract with Tottenham, bolstering Antonio Conte’s team in that area of the field.
