Tottenham Hotspur captain, Harry Kane, will tell Tottenham he wants to leave, if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Kane is not expected to make a final decision on his future until after the European Championships.
But the failure to compete for major trophies is increasingly concerning for the England striker.
However, any departure would be complicated and would need to be sanctioned by chairman Daniel Levy.
Kane is contracted to Tottenham until June 2024 and the club have always insisted that he is not for sale.
