Football legends turn up at AFCON 2023 draw | PHOTOS

Several African football legends were spotted at the draw for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) on Thursday night.

Some of them that turned up at the brand-new Parc des Expositions in Abidjan include Yaya Toure, Geremi Njitap, etc.

Former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi will be among the draw assistants for the final draw.

Mikel Obi will be joined by his former Chelsea teammate, Didier Drogba, Senegal striker, Said Mane and Morocco defender, Achraf Hakimi.

Global Music icon, Akon will host the event.

Delegations and the coaches from each of the 24 participating nations, CAF legends, international media, CAF commercial partners, showbiz celebrities and African leaders will be in attendance for the much-anticipated final draw, which will well and truly kick-start the final stretch to what is shaping up to the best AFCON ever.
