On Friday, the Nigerian Flamingos will learn who their opponents will be in the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup group stage.
According to information on FIFA’s website, the draw ceremony will take place at FIFA’s global headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.
The biennial competition, which will be held in India, will feature participants from I6 nations.
In addition to India, the Flamingos will compete against China People’s Republic, Japan, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Spain, France, Morocco, Tanzania, and hosts China.
Between October 11 and October 30, India will host the seventh iteration of the Women’s Cadet World Cup.
FIFA postponed the competition, which was originally scheduled to take place last year.
