Chelsea striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, has opened up about how his former team-mate at Arsenal, Alexandre Lacazette, reacted when he moved to Stamford Bridge.
Aubameyang was removed as the Gunners captain and left the club for Barcelona in February.
But returned to London in a £10m deal on last summer’s transfer deadline day.
Aubamayang made 24 appearances and scored 13 goals for Barcelona and scored 92 in 163 games for the Gunners.
Lacazette, said to be one of Aubameyang’s closest friends at Arsenal, was shocked to see the Gabon international join Chelsea.
Aubamayang revealed that he got a message from Lacazette and was asked whether it was to wish him good luck in West London, Aubameyang said: “Nah, no!
“Even before when he just heard about the rumours, he was like, ‘what, nah, really?!’
