Mauricio Pochettino will be meeting with Ukrainian forward Mykhailo Mudryk before the club flies out for preseason.
Pochettino is promising to help the 21-year-old recover the form that made the Blues sign him in a mega-million deal in January.
Most of the players left at Stamford Bridge, after a massive clear out this summer, are yet to meet with their new boss and Mudryk is one of them.
Mudryk endured a difficult first season at Stamford Bridge and is yet to score for the club and only managed one assist before the season ended.
Pochettino said: “I am going to meet Mudryk before he comes to pre-season.
“I really like to see and to know him, and then to design the best strategy to help him to be at the level that Chelsea expect.”
