United’s Premier League rivals Tottenham have had to postpone three fixtures due to an outbreak of Covid-19 in the Spurs squad.
Ralf Rangnick was due to oversee a group training session on Sunday but the outbreak meant it could not take place as planned.
Instead, the side were only able to complete individual non-contact outdoor sessions, with the individuals who tested positive sent home beforehand.
