Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah is set to be ‘frozen out’ of the club.

This is after a £50m transfer to Bayern Munich failed.

Chelsea brought in Moises Caicedo, Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku and Cole Palmer this summer.

Other new recruits included Axel Disasi, Nicolas Jackson, Lesley Ugochukwu, Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic, Deivid Washington and Angelo.

Those in charge at Stamford Bridge also opened door for the likes of Kai Havertz and Mason Mount to leave

The Blues also wanted to offload the defender, who was linked to Bayern, but the German champions would not meet Chelsea’s £50m asking price.

Nottingham Forest came for him but the English player rejected the move.

The Evening Standard is now reporting that the player may now be ‘frozen out’ after being deemed ‘surplus to requirements’ at Stamford Bridge.

They also claim that Marc Cucurella could be exiled after a potential loan move to Manchester United fell through.
