Portugal midfielder, Bruno Fernandes, is unhappy with the way David de Gea has left Manchester United.
Former Spain number one announced on Saturday that his time at Old Trafford has ended.
De Gea left the club as a free agent with his contract having expired on June 30th.
The Spaniard did not have the opportunity to say goodbye to the supporters having initially expressed the optimism that he would return to meet them next season.
The former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper left Old Trafford after 12 years, after the club withdrew a contract offer and sent him a new deal on lower wages.
And in Fernandes opinion De Gea deserved to say goodbye to the supporters properly
“You deserved to say goodbye to the stadium with all the fans cheering you for all the beautiful memories,” Fernandes wrote.
