Chelsea vs Newcastle: Starting XIs for 2023/2024 EPL clash

Eddie Howe has made two changes from Newcastle’s 3-0 win over Wolves last weekend.

Kieran Trippier, who has a calf problem, is replaced by Tino Livramento while Miguel Almiron comes in for Jacob Murphy.

Lewis Hall is unavailable to face his parent club. Callum Wilson, Joelinton and Nick Pope remain long-term absentees.

Chelsea make two changes from their 2-2 draw with Brentford last time out.

Ben Chilwell is not in tonight’s matchday squad, while Levi Colwill also misses out.

Marc Cucurella returns to the XI for his first appearance since December, as does Raheem Sterling.
