Chelsea vs Luton: Starting XIs for EPL clash confirmed

Chelsea make one change to the side were beaten 3-1 by West Ham last weekend as Moises Caicedo makes his full debut since his £115m move from Brighton.

He replaces Carney Chukwuemeka, who has undergone surgery on the knee injury he sustained at the London Stadium.

Benoit Badiashile (hamstring), Armando Broja (knee), Reece James (hamstring), Chukwuemeka (knee), Wesley Fofana (knee) and Christopher Nkunku (knee) and Mykhailo Mudryk (unspecified) are all missing and part of a very busy treatment room at Stamford Bridge.

“Romeo Lavia isn’t up to speed yet and remains a few weeks from being available for selection.

Ross Barkley starts for Luton against his former club. Pelly Mpanzu drops to the bench as Rob Edwards makes two changes to the side that were beaten 4-1 at Brighton.

Reece Burke is back from injury so Mads Andersen is named among the list of substitutes.

Dan Potts (ankle) and Gabriel Osho (knee) remain sidelined.
