Arsenal legend, Paul Merson has predicted this Saturday’s Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan.

Speaking with Sky Sports, Merson said the game against the Serie A side will be tougher than the FA Cup final for Pep Guardiola’s men.

City are looking to finish this season with a Treble, after winning the Premier League and FA Cup.

But Merson feels the game in Istanbul will provide a stern test for the Etihad club, who trying to win the trophy for the first time in their history.

“I always thought this was a harder game than the Man Utd game. Inter have got forwards in Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku who can hurt you, I didn’t see that with United’s front three – bar Marcus Rashford. That was the problem.

“This is a tough game, and they will be nervous.

“If both teams play to the best of their ability, Man City win. But they’re humans, and even though they’re great we’ve seen off days with City. Not many, but a few,” Merson said.
