Bayern Munich vs Man United: Didi Hamann predicts winner of Champions League clash

Bayern Munich legend, Didi Hamann, has predicted a heavy defeat for Manchester United in their Champions League group stage opener on Wednesday. 

According to him, anything less than a 3-0 win’ would be seen as disappointing for Bayern Munich fans .

United travel to Germany to face the Bundesliga giants in their very first game of the Champions League season.

While Bayern are yet to lose a game in the Bundesliga this season, United have been to win just one of their opening five games.

Hamann told  NeueOnlineCasinos.io, “It’ll be interesting to see.

“Man United may not be what they once were, but they’re still a massive club. I think it’ll be a tricky game for Bayern because they’ll be expected to win and anything less than a 2 or 3-nil win will be seen as disappointing.

“That expectation can be on players’ minds, especially when your opponents are being presented as underdogs.”
