Bayer Leverkusen remain unbeaten, to face Atalanta in Europa League final

Josip Stanisic netted yet another late equalizer for Bayer Leverkusen, as they played out a dramatic 2-2 draw with Roma, in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final.

Leverkusen had won the first leg 2-0 in Italy last week.

However, they conceded to penalties, both scored by Leandro Parades.

But Gianluca Mancini’s own goal pulled one back for the hosts, before Stanisic’s late equalizer.

Leverkusen will have a chance to win the Double, when they face Atalanta in the final.

The Serie A side thrashed Marseille 3-0 in the other semi-final, winning 4-1 on aggregate.
