Real Madrid, a Spanish powerhouse, has been ranked as the most valuable soccer club in the world. Madrid has increased in value by 8% thanks to the Los Blancos, who are valued at $5.1 billion by Forbes, $350 million more than they were a year ago.
Barcelona, the bitter rival of Real Madrid, is ranked second and is only $100 million less expensive than the current European champions.
Interestingly, despite being owned by Sheikhs as opposed to club members, as is the situation with La Liga teams, neither Manchester City ($4.25B) nor Paris Saint-Germain ($3.3B) made it to the top 5.
Liverpool ($4.45B) and Manchester United ($4.6B) are ranked third and fourth, respectively. The final team in the top five most valuable soccer organizations is Bayern Munich (4.26B).
