Ubi Franklin, who revealed that he is finally fulfilling his dream, was sure to encourage Nigerians to get their PVC
He flooded his Instagram page with almost fifty photos capturing the political function which showed a lot of funds pumped into making the event a success
Asides being paraded in the town, Ubi visited some project sites and also payed homage to his late father’s burial ground.
