The Supreme Court has dismissed an application brought before it by Emeka Ihedioha who requested that the ruling which declared Hope Uzodinma as governor of Imo State be reviewed.
Dismissing the application for lack of merit, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola described the judgment as final from the apex court.
Differing on the ruling, Justice Sentus Nweze, one of the members of a 7-man panel stated that the ruling will continue to hunt the court on its status of finality.
He went on to stand against the declaration of Uzodinma as governor of Imo State.
