The Governorship and Presidential Screening Appeal Exercise of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has been shifted from Tuesday, May 3rd to Wednesday, May 4th.
This was done by the National Working Committee of the party.
According to the national publicity secretary, Debo Ologunagba, the adjustment in date was occasioned by the Eid-El-Fitr celebrations.
The party has, however, apologised for whatever inconvenience the postponement may cause.
This followed last Friday’s disqualification of two presidential candidates by the Senate President, David Mark’s Presidential screening committee.
