Professor Kingsley Moghalu, a presidential aspirant under the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has disagreed with the claims by a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and Presidential hopeful, Bola Tinubu, that he (Tinubu) is the most qualified person to become Nigeria’s President in 2023.
This is as Moghalu says not anyone but him is most qualified to succeed President Buhari.
The former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), stated this during an interaction with journalists in Kano on Monday.
He said if nothing is done to get the right president in 2023, the country will become a failed state.
For too long, we have had politics without governance and because there is a complete absence of governance in Nigeria today, the country is gradually descending into a failed state.
“If 2023 does not bring a paradigm shift with a president that is competent to do the job, this country will move decisively into a failed state,” Moghalu said.
