The Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) on Thursday officially released
the passenger manifest for the Bristow helicopter that crashed last week
in Oworonshoki area of Lagos, Nigeria.
The plane, which was carrying 12
passengers, crashed on approaching the Muritala Mohammed International
Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.
Six people including the pilot and co-pilot
died while six survived the crash and were hospitalized later at St.
Nicholas Hospital, Lagos.
Those who died in the crash included the two
crew members, Joseph Wyatt (Captain) and Peter Kayode Bello (Co-Pilot);
Ita Ekpeyong; Chukwuma Erise; Chidi Ukwunta and Chris Abua.
The
survivors are Solomon Udeh, Joshua Emekeme, Iniala Opaimi, Chukwudi
Onah, Onoriode Onojete and Dolu Ebiejuara.
