Revive Nigerian economy- Tinubu tells ministers

President Bola Tinubu, on Monday, has tasked his ministers to do all in their power to turn around the Nigerian economy within the shortest possible timeframe.
He handed down the mandate at the inaugural Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting he presided over at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
At the meeting, which lasted about three hours, Tinubu’s cabinet considered the “Roadmap for the Economy” presented by the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Wale Edun.
At a later briefing session with State House Correspondents, Edun admitted that the economy is not where it should be.
He revealed that FEC examined eight priority areas and identified targets to deliver within the next three years.
Edun also affirmed that President Tinubu charged the ministers to roll out policies and programmes to improve the economy.
