Protesters storm Lagos House of Assembly over Ambode’s impeachment

The Lagos State House Of Assembly has reportedly been swamped with protesters over the reported plans to impeach the incumbent governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.
According to the reports, the protesters were seen with placards and inscriptions expressing their displeasure over the planned impeachment.
As earlier reported, Ambode was accused of gross misconduct, not signing into law the 2019 budget among other infractions, by the Assembly.
