President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of three (3) new Executive Commissioners to serve in the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and the redeployment of one current Executive Commissioner, pending their confirmation by the Nigerian Senate.
Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.
The new executive commissioners are: Mr Bashir Indabawa, Executive Commissioner(North West), Exploration & Acreage Management; Dr. Kelechi Ofoegbu, Executive Commissioner(Southeast), Corporate Services & Administration (Redeployed); Mr Enorense Amadasu, Executive Commissioner(South-South), Development & Production and Mr Babajide Fasina, Executive Commissioner(South West), Economic Regulation & Strategic Planning.
