KFB Health Talk: We spoke to a Doctor on how to combat stress and he told us this!

Stress is a state of
mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding
circumstances.

Identify the stressor so that you can
omit it, avoid it, or accept it
Involve yourself in sport activities
like jogging and other physical exercise as a form of relaxation in order to relief
one from stress.
You can have interpersonal communication
with others that are caring
You can go for holiday
You can change environment
